All SWIT products come with a 24 month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. |

Please note that the warranty does not cover items that have been misused, dropped or otherwise damaged. |

For whatever reason it is advisable to contact us prior to returning any item in order that we may quickly resolve any problem or complaint you may have. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. We recommend that all items are suitable packed and insured. |

You are responsible for returning defective goods to us within 24 months of purchase. We will endeavor to replace defective items as soon as reasonably possible. If no fault is found we reserve the right to pass on return delivery costs. |

Email us to get a return authorization number. This number, also called an RMA number, is required for all returns and exchanges. |

You need to return the item within 10 calendar days of receiving your RMA number. |

• include all items originally in the product box, manuals and accessories. |
